WORSHIP AND SERVICE
Morning: Worship followed by serving with either Children's or Student Ministries​. You will be working with the same group at the same site throughout the year.
Evening: Serving with either Children's or Student Ministries

SEMINARY + SERVICE + ROUNDTABLE

Morning/Afternoon: Serving with a community partner in the DC area
Evening: Roundtable (weekly gathering for dinner, prayer, mentoring, and fellowship)
TUESDAY
MARKETPLACE INTERNSHIPS
Daytime: Work at paid internships in the DC area
WEDNESDAY
MARKETPLACE INTERNSHIPS + SPIRITUAL FORMATION CLASS

Daytime: Work at paid internships in the DC area
Evening: Life and Leadership with pastoral leadership (once a month)

In addition to the structured program elements listed here, each Capital Fellow also meets regularly with an assigned mentor and Capital Fellows program staff for career coaching and spiritual mentoring.
